We've previously highlighted Westminster's failures to provide install protected cycle lanes and there are a catalogue of policies which put motor vehicles ahead of safety, clean air, walking and cycling. We need to ensure that the people who stopped safety improvements at this junction can't ignore the damage which is being caused by their decisions.
